The advantage of DERCO conveyor belts
 

For the most demanding applications, DERCO has developed a special type of thermoplastic PVC. This PVC is called Dernyl, and what makes Dernyl so special is that it contains unique plasticizers. These plasticizers are made up of high molecular weight polymers, and the size and shape of those polymers make Dernyl PVC less vulnerable to a range of chemicals, such as greasy substances and oils. Standard plasticizers without these custom polymers have much lower resistance, and that can cause a tire to become brittle and less flexible, reducing the life of the tire. The use of polymeric plasticizers in PVC comes with its own set of challenges. They do not flow easily, making it difficult to process. Here at DERCO, with over 40 years of knowledge of tire manufacturing, we have tackled this issue. Our state-of-the-art production lines and highly skilled operators are perfectly capable of handling the highest viscosity plasticizers, ensuring the highest quality PVC conveyors. DERCO tyres are designed for the most demanding applications and environments, and in the case of type 2EA 20-10m Nv70 light green 13, ideally suited for use in fertiliser plants.
